I don't know why KSP suddenly started crashing.

I have verified my files, run chkdsk, SFC, and I don't use mods. I don't know if the crash was caused by something from the recent update or what. I have owned KSP for two or three years, and this is the first time i have had a crash, so the game has been completely stable.
